Our ticketing policies, summarised
Booking: Tickets must be booked in advance via the Swift Transport app or website. Each ticket is valid only for the selected route, date, and time.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major payment methods available in the app.
Cancellation & Refunds: Tickets can be canceled and refunded up to the point of travel. Refunds will be processed according to our terms of service
Rescheduling: Passengers can not request to reschedule their trip. In exceptional cases, support may assist with rescheduling if an issue occurs.
Ticket Transfer: Tickets are not transferrable by the user. In exceptional cases, support may assist with transfers if an issue occurs.
Trip Operations: Merchants are responsible for the actual operation of the trip. Swift Transport acts as the booking platform and facilitator.
Boarding: Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may forfeit refunds.
Conduct: Passengers are expected to follow all safety guidelines and staff instructions while on board. Misconduct may result in removal from the bus without refund.
