Can I reserve a Seat?

You can usually indicate a seat you'd like when booking tickets. If still available, we will assign the seat(s) to you when your ticket is created.

Can I amend my seat reservation

The seat you are given when buying a ticket cannot be changed. If you think this feature will be useful, let us know through the feedback channels on the website and app or by emailing [email protected]

My assigned seat is different from what I indicated

If you make a seat reservation for a booking and it is no longer available, our system will choose the best selection of seats from those available.

The bus operator did not ask for my seat number or seat me in my assigned seat

Once your ticket is booked and the seat reservations has been made, it is currently up to the merchant (bus operator) to honour it. Currently, this service is optional.
