I received an error message, why did my booking fail?


Why did I receive an error message?

Don't worry, there are several reasons why you may have received an error message informing you that your booking failed:

  • There was a technical issue with the server.
  • Your payment information was entered incorrectly or failed.
  • We don't support your payment method.

Did I get charged?

Rest assured, any amount you see on your bank statement will be reversed. As part of the ticket reservation process, a temporary hold may be placed on the required funds. If the reservation fails, this amount will be refunded automatically back to you. The processing time depends on your payment method. No additional steps are needed. If you were charged but do not receive an automated email informing you of a refund after 4 hours, please email us at [email protected]
