How do I cancel my ticket?

Some tickets are non-refundable but can be changed. For details, see the answer to the question "How do i change my ticket?"

Flexible tickets are refundable. You can request a refund in the app by going to "My Tickets" > "Refund". We will process the refund after we check that your ticket has not been used.
